Commissionaires

These people seem to be unqualified for much of anything. I wouldn't be surprised if they all failed the psychological evaluations to become actual law enforcement officers, or are no longer in that role for the same reason. They cling to what little authority they think they have, like a child safely behing their fathers knee. Remember, you are not a government agency, you are a private security company.
