A man named Cheena, driving a Commissionaires car, truly stood out through an act of genuine kindness when I needed it most. Late in the middle of night, when I had no one to turn to and my car broke down, he stopped without hesitation to help. His polite and respectful manner immediately put me at ease, and he even went the extra mile by offering me a bottle of water. It's rare to come across someone so thoughtful and willing to help a stranger. People like Cheena make a real difference!!

His polite and respectful manner immediately put me at ease, and he even went the extra mile by offering me a bottle of water. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and willing to help a stranger. People like Cheena make a real difference!!

I had a really great experience the first time I went to get my fingerprinting done for a police record check. I forgot her name but she was very kind and really made me feel at ease and told me that they would gladly help me for my next fingerprinting appointment. However, the guy working there was not only rude but also very unprofessional. I get that everyone has bad days but to make someone feel stupid and just be plain rude is not a good look at all. I was not going to write this review because I had a really good experience the first time but if you don’t want to feel absolutely horrible after your appointment, a) pick another place to do your fingerprint or b) please request another person

I want to give a big shoutout to Dom, the security professional working in the food court at Midtown. He is incredibly attentive, approachable, and always ensures a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. You are doing a great job buddy keep it up. :)

I had an appointment and everything was done quicker than I expected. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Many of your employees have serious anger problems and "little-man" syndrome. I get it maybe they failed psyc or physical exams to become actual officers or were potentially dishonorable discharges from the military but they need to learn control. Record and report, not resort to physical threats or intimidation because they can't stop contradicting themselves in the "directives" they give. This intimidation might work on some people but not everyone. And that toughness seems to fade quickly when there are witnesses present and they don't have you isolated. Better training and de-escalation tactics need to be taught instead of flying off the handle at first question of their "authority"(they have none). One day it's going to get one of them seriously hurt when they try that (intimidation) on the wrong person at the wrong time.

This just happened I pulled in to a parking spot sat there for 30 secs and say a "parking enforcement guy" run behind cars he knocked on my window asked if I paid for parking i told him I just got there so I can turn around he told me a need to pay at least 1$ or if I leave ill be get a ticket Soo yea don't trust this company

I went to take my fingerprints for the citizenship and had a really awful experience. First, the person treated me as if I did not know how to speak English. At the end this person asked me to take my boots off to take my toe fingerprints. When I asked if he was series he said he wanted to see how far I would go. It did not sound like he was joking at all. It was extremely uncomfortable and I hope that is not the way he treats everyone that comes and gets this service.

Great service for fingerprinting weather you need it for RCMP or FBI.

Worst experience… went to give fingerprints for pcc but they gave me wrong form and when I went to talk to them and asked for refund, they did not gave me proper reply and also did not refunded my money back and I also had to pay twice for the form.

Provided wrong form and when gone to ask for refund they said no and didn’t gave any proper replies. Worst experience ever….

I recently was parked downtown by midtown plaza waiting for the mall to open for a service call I had to do. I arrived a bit early and didn't want to sit in the midtown plaza parking lot and rack up the parking so I decided to park on the street around the rear entrance in my service van, I was then approached by one of your employees where I was told that I needed to pay for parking on the street and I explained my situation and even said that I would drive around the block, I was abruptly stopped and he said "I am trying to save you 30 dollars." Your employee extorted money out of me for a simple mistake that I was not aware of, the street was empty it wasn't rush hour, the mall hadn't opened yet. A simple warning or an explanation would have sufficed but the whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. Shame on your lack of empathy or understanding Mr. Commisionaire go flex your rent a cop muscles somewhere else.

Incredible! Just completed this course, the knowledge they shared, is bar none. Ex military/police/law enforcement officers truly make the difference when it comes to teaching this course. Their REAL life situations can/will prepare you better for real life on the job situations. If you are considering this course, I highly recommend it!
