I've been to this office a couple of times for fingerprints, criminal record checks etc. and both times I've had a wonderful experience, always greeted with a smile and the service is always super professional and efficient. I have also had first rate help from Jake Slobodian on a number of occasions who has always been extremely professional, patient, kind and very willing to help in any way he can. I highly recommend this office and thank you everyone for always making the experience very positive.

I had fingerprinting done today and the experience was very unpleasant. The person I don’t even see his name on the email who assisted me was very rude and angry from the start. I asked politely if I could get a refund because I later found out I was not supposed to pay $100 for the record check. He said yes, so I called back to explain that I had been charged and that I was thinking of canceling it. Instead of helping, he hung up the phone on me. This was extremely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never go back there again.Please do not go there they are a ripoff!!!!!
