Had to have my fingerprints done, was helped by Nancy who was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though I was late she made the experience very easy and quick.

Commissionaires is a great one-stop shop for anyone looking to get into the security industry. They offer everything from fingerprinting and security training classes to employment opportunities, making the process simple and convenient. The staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever you have questions. Appointment times are well organized, and I've found they're usually right on time or even a little early if you're ready. It's also the only organization I've found in Winnipeg offering in-person security guard training, and the instructors are very knowledgeable with plenty of real-world experience. Whether you're starting a career in security or need fingerprinting or other services, I highly recommend Commissionaires.

I recently went in to get my fingerprints processed for a renewal, and once again, the service was top-notch. A huge shoutout to Michelle, who is absolutely delightful. If you ever feel nervous or anxious about the fingerprinting process, Michelle immediately puts you at ease with her genuine warmth and welcoming attitude. She walked me through every step of the process with so much patience and care. The entire staff at this location is wonderful, but Michelle truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended

I deal with Harold at the new flyer location on a weekly basis. He is just a very outgoing a and pleasant person. Remembers your name, has your info ready even before you get to the window. One of those people that you look forward to seeing and if he isn't there its somewhat disappointing.

No line, service was fast, I was in & out in 15mins or less. My fingerprint scanner guy explained the process in simple terms so I wasn’t confused about what to do, where this information was going, and what I was supposed to do after.
