As far as I'm concerned they are thieves I paid quite a bit of money I had to borrow to start the process to have my record erased this was 4 years ago I still haven't heard anything other than I need to go to do thier job in kingston when I don't live there anymore and I paid 700 for you to do the job
I have called several times wanting to know what's going on and I never get a call back
I need this erased now and so I have asked for some of my money back to go elsewhere that can do the job and still no call back so now I'm stuck trying to find money to get my life back it's affecting ability to work and now to rent from some places so dont use thier services

Spoke to Phil on the phone about needing to get fingerprints done for a position at Canada Post and needed to email the completed documents in two days. He allowed me to come in the next day without having to make an appointment in the next few days and was able to get what I needed. Very professional with great customer service and a wonderful and positive attitude. Your the greatest Phil ! I want to be like you when I grow up...lol
