Extremely rude staff. I was late to my appointment due to traffic, so it’s understandable that they couldn’t take me, but man working was so actually scary. Before I could he even say hello, he took a very very rude tone with me like he was furious with me for being late. I let him know that I was late because of traffic but there was still time in my appointment so I just wanted to see if they could take me. He cut me off before I could finish and said that he didn’t care why I was late and to “stop talking because you’re not gonna win”. I was honestly shocked by his aggressive rude attitude. He could have simply told me to book a new appointment.

“I came here for fingerprinting and the process was very smooth and easy. The staff specially Bryan were very helpful, kind, and professional. They made everything quick and stress-free. The environment was calm and organized, and I really appreciate the great service I received. Highly recommend this place!

I wish I had known that Commissionaires did Pardons and other record searches besides fingerprinting.
I wasted money and time with other companies like Pardons Canada and Fingerprinters, who are fraudulent, who lack professionalism and have really bad customer service.
Commissionaires is the best by far! I highly recommend them! Especially the one located at Keele and Finch Avenue West, in Toronto. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and the office has a professional atmosphere.

Prompt & efficient. Conveniently located if you work downtown. The gentleman who processed me was responsive to my questions.

Service was good, staff was rude. Lots of places to get your fingerprints taken, go somewhere else where they don't belittle you.

walked in here to ask about their services and did not know they were appointment only, i was quickly dismissed at the foyer before I could ask anything else and when the person that answered the door closed it, he started laughing behind it like I was ridiculous. I’m sorry i didn’t know it was appointment only, but the treatment was very disrespectful. Honestly, save your time and go to Red Seal Notary two blocks away. I can only imagine how their service is if they are treating people like that at the door.

The service was amazing. 10 minutes I was already out, the person who served me was very nice and pleasant to talk. Got the correct police certificate for my needs 5 days later in mail. Originally went to police where I was sent back and forth to apply online ( which is incorrect for me) and then just read on Reddit how fast the service was here.

I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of by this company. I am visually impaired and i need a job so in desperation I signed up for the security guard course. I realized after I paid for the course that this job is not suited for someone like me. I did not start the course before I asked for a reimbursement a day later but was told they would not. I did divulge to them of my affliction before I paid but was told it would be alright. After talking with some security guards they told me I go need good eyesight to do this job. I’m on a fixed income and I need the $225.00 back.

I missed my appointment date! And went there without knowing. A rude person came and didn’t even wanted to consider taking without the appointment, and my commute was 2 hours for this!

Great experience with this company!
I’m currently living abroad and needed my police certificate from Canada. The agency replied quickly to emails and was very efficient in digitizing my fingerprints and sending them to the Canadian Police.
After about a month of waiting, we still hadn’t received the certificate. In that case, you should call the appropriate department where your fingerprints were sent and request that they resend it, as sometimes these letters can get lost in the post.

I just completed my appointment and been assisting by Brian & Lisa. Staffs are extremely professional to guide me through each step. Very efficient and helpful. I would love to recommend this location 15 Toronto Street 💯🙌🏻

Idiotic service staff, that won’t answer the phone if you’re running late. Won’t take you if you’re late yet well within your appointment slot and would turn down making money for their own business. Mind you, was there to get my fingerprints done which takes less than 2 minutes to do. Surely don’t book an appointment if you can’t be there hours in advance.

Fast, efficient, professional and friendly.

You should update your Google profile and website to say "by appointment only" so clients don’t find out from a note on a locked door. It'll save time for everyone.

Professional Commissionaires, fingerprinting was efficient and the commissioner with the office and window looking outside was a pleasure to do finger printing with.
Unfortunately, the commissioner inside, that I met upon leaving was far too intrusive and overwhelming, causing unnecessary anxiety, that kind of behaviour is old school and unprofessional.

Met Jock. Took like ten minutes to get the process done, and it was kinda fun lol. Jock's a cool guy. The waiting area has like 3 chairs and a Sony Boombox from the 90s. Very Government.

The kind sir who was processing my fingerprints was very helpful and efficient. Very much appreciate his help!

I went to get fingerprints done for a police record check in the States. When the prints were handed to me, they looked very faint. I asked about whether the faint fingerprints would suffice, he said yes. My application will now be delayed by a minimum of 3 weeks because the FBI rejected the fingerprints submitted as they were not usable. They did provide a redo/refund, but get your fingerprints here at your own risk.
