I had an incredibly unprofessional and frustrating experience with Roxy Balkwill regarding my FBI FD-1164 fingerprinting. I visited twice to have ink prints taken, and both times the results were essentially unreadable. When I called to express concern that the prints wouldn't be accepted, Roxy was dismissive and unprofessional. She blamed my anatomy, claiming my ring and pinky fingers were just crappy and that was why the prints were poor. She even insisted I should send her poor-quality prints directly to the FBI, despite a digitization service (Globeia) already rejecting them for lack of ridge detail. I decided to attempt the prints myself on a blank FD-1164 form. Using the exact same fingers Roxy claimed were the problem, I was able to produce clear, high-contrast prints with visible ridge patterns. **Warning to others:** If you are told your "fingers are the problem," don't believe it. This technician's poor technique and defensive attitude nearly caused me to waste time and money sending unusable prints to the FBI. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere—somewhere they won't blame the client for their own lack of technical proficiency.

Roxy made everything so smooth and easy for me. A nerve racking process I had been avoiding for many years was done in less then 20 minutes. Can't not overstate how much I appreciate her help. Thanks again

Some of the most ignorant and arrogant people work for the commissionaires, and it seems like they post their rudest at the Regina Police Service entrance. Terrible to deal with every single time, get your heads out of your asses
