Washrooms are single occupancy and could be gender neutral instead of male and female to avoid the potential of directing someone to the wrong restroom. Great service and patience by the desk staff to help me find the correct fitting uniforms.

Had to get fingerprints done, I was a few minutes late and was still in and out in 15 minutes. Helpful, courteous, professional. Nothing else to look for.

I had a commissionaires security guard accuse me of theft today at canadian tire on Kelsey drive he stopped me while I was carrying 3 sheets of sandpaper I just paid for.The man looked like he was going to grab my arm and try to hold me...best to check cameras not accuse and try to grab a customer! Would not recommend hiring these people's quite disgusting behavior.

Terrible experience again and again. First time I drove there to ask a RCMP fingerprinting background record. The employee inside told me I can only apply it online. Ok, then I got a no criminal record which the content doesn’t fit what I really need and wasted 63.5 bucks online. For the second time I made an appointment for “fingerprinting ‘ and after I get the office one odd old man refuse my request because he said I must got a UCI number from IRCC first and show him. Never heard that before, ridiculous
