Unprofessional, does not answer the phone, automatically sent to voicemail after 2 rings every time. Website provides minimal information regarding pricing which gives the implication this place is a scam.

Lisa was an absolute delight! She was incredibly great at answering my questions and very clear about the whole finger printing process.

Poor Service at Barrie Commissary I'm very disappointed with the service here. They're often late and don't seem organized. They said they'd be on break from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, but it's now 1:50 pm and they're still not back. It's frustrating to wait this long. They should respect people's time better.

Office opens at 8 am. I arrived at 8:01 am to get fingerprinted and was told the employee has gone to get coffee. I left at 8:20 am. to make work on time and the employee was not yey back. Utterly undisciplined work ethics.

I started 2 files with them 1 week before COVID hit. I still do not have anything from them, I have requested my money back in May and have not received a response. I have been told that my file needs to be redone, but no one has contacted us to do or advise of anything. 4 years is a long time and it was not a small amount of money. Not sure how you can get someone to respond. I called on May 1, 2024 and was told Jay would call me back. Still nothing. Worst service I have ever had. Go to the office it is closed.
