Poor Service at Barrie Commissary
I'm very disappointed with the service here. They're often late and don't seem organized. They said they'd be on break from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, but it's now 1:50 pm and they're still not back. It's frustrating to wait this long. They should respect people's time better.

Office opens at 8 am. I arrived at 8:01 am to get fingerprinted and was told the employee has gone to get coffee. I left at 8:20 am. to make work on time and the employee was not yey back. Utterly undisciplined work ethics.

I started 2 files with them 1 week before COVID hit. I still do not have anything from them, I have requested my money back in May and have not received a response. I have been told that my file needs to be redone, but no one has contacted us to do or advise of anything. 4 years is a long time and it was not a small amount of money. Not sure how you can get someone to respond. I called on May 1, 2024 and was told Jay would call me back. Still nothing. Worst service I have ever had. Go to the office it is closed.
