Do not come here if you can go to RCMP. Commissionaries charged full price even in the application form specifically indicate do not charge applicant 25 CAD federal processing fee. And I had to go there twice due to technical issue.

This morning an employee hired by Commissionaires Security Company in Nanaimo BC called the RCMP and made a false report about customers sitting outside eating donuts that were purchased from the store they were outside of.

The woman driving literally went over into the other lane at the Gabriola terminal, ran a red light and almost hit a cyclist! This is why the lights are in place. She then went up to the ferry booth with not a care in the world. This is unacceptable. Woman in her mid to late fifties . Plate #. CW6 51P Please deal with this woman. She shouldn’t be driving if she has no respect for the traffic lights and the lives of those who depend on them.

Great experience with Robert at the Commissionaires in Nanaimo. He was able to help my fiancé get her fingerprints done quickly for the FBI criminal record check she needed for her permanent residency status. The Commissionaires in Victoria tried twice but the quality was poor and they got rejected by the FBI both times. Seriously, thank you very much Robert for helping us. The ink fingerprints you did for my fiancé were accepted by the FBI and she got her criminal record check from the US now.

Contacted them and as soon as the woman heard I was calling from the Nanaimo Pride Society looking for security for our Pride Festival she was very curt with me and abruptly said they couldn't help me. No explanation, just repeated no more than once. I would venture to say that homophobia pervades in their Nanaimo office. A complete lack of professionalism and they really need a lesson in customer service.
