I deal with Harold at the new flyer location on a weekly basis. He is just a very outgoing a and pleasant person. Remembers your name, has your info ready even before you get to the window. One of those people that you look forward to seeing and if he isn't there its somewhat disappointing.

I went to the commissionaires office after finishing my work @5pm and they were supposed to be open until 6pm but the lady named nancy refused to help me because she said we dont work after 5:30 and it was 5:32 when i went there. She said come back tomorrow. I told her but you are supposed to be open until 6pm. She refused to help me at all.
