This location is NOT wheelchair accessible, either inside or out. The staff were as accommodating as they could be, but the facility itself did not take into account that disabled people exist when it was designed.

Recently I visited this branch and the service was more than I expected. The service was great . The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions easily. Also, he explained the steps that I will go through after taking the fingerprint. The office was very clean and organized. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to get fingerprints.

The commissionaires are at most parking lots at UWO. Every time I ask them about something, they just shrug and say I don't know. Today I asked the commissionaire if the parking lot had disabled parking. He said I don't know and returned to his magazine. Apparently his magazine was more interesting than doing his job
